The lovechild of kimchi & sauerkraut, 2.0 is made with round white cabbage as opposed to the more traditional Chinese leaf. I designed 2,0 to deliver greater crunch but also a more economical & sustainable option. Just delicious with literally everything you throw at it. Try is atop some smashed avo on toast, with drizzle of decent olive oil.
Ingredients: Cabbage, carrot, mooli, pear, spring onion, sea salt, garlic, ginger & a blend of Korean gochugaru & Mexican guajillo chilli flakes.
